Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.
An Applicant(s) is required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease execution. Security deposits start at $300 depending on the floor plan, and can range up to one month of rent.
Monthly rent includes valet trash removal, pest control, all maintenance and all amenities.
Yes. We have controlled access to the community.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee $200 per pet
Pet Rent $20 per month/per pet
Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. 100 lb weight limit per pet for 1st floor only, 75 lb weight limit for all other floors. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.
Yes! Click here or choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info click on the button “APPLY FOR RESIDENCY NOW”. On the next page, you will find a list of floor plans within our community where you can select the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment.
At the end of the application process, you will be required to pay a $50 nonrefundable Application Fee for each lease applicant. Please have your bank information or credit card available in order to complete the application process. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
