Credit review, employment and residency verifications and criminal background reviews are conducted by a third party after you have submitted a completed application. We require current proof of monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent of your selected apartment.
An Applicant(s) is required to pay a security deposit at the time of lease execution. A $300 to $500 security deposit is required depending on the floor plan.
Monthly rent includes valet trash removal, pest control, all maintenance and all amenities.
Yes. We have controlled access to the community.
Non-Refundable Pet Fee $200 per pet
Pet Rent $20 per month/per pet
Temporary and/or visiting pets are not allowed. We accept only dogs, cats, birds and fish. No exotic pets, rodents, reptiles, etc. allowed. 75 lb weight limit per pet. Two animal limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.
Yes! Choose the “Leasing Info” tab at the top of our website. Under leasing info select the option of “ready to apply to the future resident waitlist”. Please read the future resident application instructions and click “apply now”. Here you will find a list of floor plans within our community, select “join waitlist” on the floor plan of your choosing. You must register as a new user and follow the instructions to submit your application & payment. There is no service charge to submit your payment using the E-check option.
